1) Replacement, Return & Exchange Policy

We have a Quality Control Department that conducts an examination for any and all purchased products to ensure that they are damage-free, function properly, are of high quality, and aren’t have any manufacturing defects. If there is ever an issue with the product then you can always take advantage of our SEVEN days replacement policy if need be.

Here are some core points, you should consider against the replacement policy:

If a laptop or any product has any physical issue or damage; inform us about the matter for replacement same day of shipment received. Inform us immediately, otherwise, CrazyBuy won’t take any responsibility!

We’re associated with reliable shipment partners Leopard, TCS, etc. Any damaged, incomplete, or broken product can only be exchanged with the same model & specification item.

Whether you buy a laptop from any international store or CrazyBuy, expect a minimum warranty if you’ve just purchased it new in the box. It is common for an online stock to show fewer warranties on their machines because of the increased time spent on transportation. Only Apple machines have a warranty starting from the day you connect to the internet.

  • Our replacement policy allows for a free return within 2 days of purchase for any issues with the screen, body, or condition of the product. These issues will not be accepted during the other 5 days of our 7-day return policy.
  • Returns must be made within 7 days of the product’s purchase. CrazyBuy is not liable/responsible for any replacements if the product is returned after the replacement period expires.
  • Misapplication of the product does not entitle the buyer to a replacement warranty.
  • We deduct 10 to 40 percent of the total amount – if the customer rejects or refuses to accept the product at the time of delivery.
  • CrazyBuy won’t entertain any return or replacement of the product after 7days from the date of purchase.
  • All factory/company-packed items such as Apple MacBooks, Google Chrome Tabs, or any other products cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason.
  • We will not accept any returns or replacements for any reason contrary to what the customer has stated, as we do not deal in used products.
  • After a customer agrees to use a product with some variations, it will not be replaced.
  • Product pictures are captured professionally, they may vary with the original item due to imagery limitations.

2) Warranty Replacement Policy

  • CrazyBuy won’t accept claims for products with international warranties.
  • CrazyBuy is unable to provide the first invoice for any international item as international items arrive in Pakistan after multiple transactions.
  • Local warranty claims should be made directly to the local service center. Upon delivery, the customer needs to verify receipt of a warranty card.
  • Duration of warranty may vary or expect a minimum warranty due to the time spent in transit.
