How can I claim a laptop warranty?

CrazyBuy won’t accept claims for products with international warranties. However, you can claim local warranties directly to the service center.

Who will pay the shipping costs?

Shipping costs may vary from item to item but we fixed 1000 PKR shipping costs for Best Laptops for nationwide deliveries. You can take advantage of FREE DELIVERY upon above every 50,000 PKR order.

Which payment methods CrazyBuy accept?

What if my shipment arrive damaged?

Our replacement policy allows for a free return within 2 days of purchase for any issues with the screen, body, or damaged condition of the product.
